vitamins for anxiety/panic diorder?? help!?

i have bad anxiety attacks and panic disorder for about 4 years now, im starting to be some what of an agoraphobic and having a tuff time facing my fears and working through them, i take .25 xanax 2 times a day and just started taking a one a day vitamin, triple omega 3 and b complex, also i have hypothyroid and take 75 mg. any suggestions on any other vitamins or tips that can help me, my job and family are being affected and i dont want my marriage to end. how logn will it take for vitamins to take affect? id like to get of xanax and go natural soon, thanks and please no rude comments
