Keep getting a bloated feeling after I eat meals, could it be caused by Stress and anxiety, or something else?
Recently I have been suffering from bloating after eating, and wondered whether it’s through the anxiety and stress I have at the moment, or whether it’s caused by something else. Any ideas?
Yes, stress and anxiety can cause digestive problems including acid build up and constipation which both can give you that awful bloated feeling. If antacids are not helping, consider talking to a doctor.
