Help! I have anxiety and I’m terrifed about my Interview at Next which I have coming up?
I’m so scared, I’m terrible around people, I can barely talk to them I just want to run away from social interaction! What can I do?? How can I prepare? Any good questions to ask? My hands sweat a lot, I don’t want to give a sweaty handshake.. Arghhh. I get shaky when I talk to people :/
Just calm down, I have anxiety too but if you get in a stress and think its a huge deal, staying calm will be even harder.
Bring some talcum powder to use on your hands before you go in for the interview, perhaps keep a tiny bag in your pocket to dab on your hands discretely before you leave (incase another handshake is needed)
You prepare by wearing a smart outfit, shirt, smart trousers and sensible black shoes.
Just try to keep calm, if you freak out you will only freak out more.
