Dog Anxiety Wrap

Lick granuloma on dog?

Our male Pit Bull, 4 years old, stayed at the Humane Society for a ten day quarantine because of a “bite incident” (I don’t want/need critcism about that, just giving some background info), two days ago there was a bump on his paw, and after doing some e-search, I’m pretty sure that he has developed a lick granuloma due to separation anxiety. He won’t stop licking it and I’m just a teenager, so i can’t take him to the vet and mom can’t until this weekend because of work, so i was wondering if there was something i could/should do to help him heal. Because it’s honestly grossing me out and it has this white thing/stuff that I’m not sure what it is hanging out in it that is NOT puss. Should i wrap it for now?
