Anxiety Wrap

anxiety attack?

I’m having an anxiety attack. My heart is racing, I feel like throwing up, and I’m shaking and have the chills. What can I do to calm my self down? I’ve already made some tea and wrapped my self in a blanket, I’m also watching t.v.
Thank you for all your help. I was literally 5 seconds from calling 911, I thought I was having a heart attack. =]] Thanks everyone, I feel much better now.

I also suffer from panic attacks. It is a bizarre experience. I have found that putting on some music can help with calming, and I also burn incense these days which has helped alot, so I don’t get as many anxiety attacks as I used to.
