Phobia’s and Anxiety Disorders, do you have any?
For a personal project I am interested to know your experiences with phobias or Anxiety Disorders. Do you have any, if so what is it and how does it make you feel? What was the trigger of this phobia/ anxiety disorder?
Long running fear of snakes. I am only now able to look at pictures of them! That phobia is life long.
Also think i am getting vertigo. Find it unnerving to walk up stairs where i can see the ground below. Weird huh. That one has only come on in the last couple of years. Around the same time one of my parents died… not sure if its related…?
