How would one cure/clear his own trauma-neurosis?
Because a “neurosis” is a group of phobias, would it be cured/cleared algorithmically?
Phobias such as: hypertension, Anxiety attacks, panic attacks, claustrophobic(trapped/contained), and consistent death-thoughts(relating death to every memory since childbirth till present).
This “neurosis” is one bad-ass-beeyutch!! EFT helped a little, from the scale of 1 to 10, 10 being xtremely terrorizing, EFT brought it down to a 5, after 40-days of tapping.
