question about my anxiety issues and Kids?
if i have anxiety issues (anxiety,panic attacks and ocd) will my Kids be more likely to have them?
my mother has panic attacks occasionally.my father and sibling don’t have any.
Anxiety can be inherited, BUT genetics aren’t the only component. Just because a child is predisposed to develop anxiety issues does not mean he will. There are triggers in the environment to consider such as stress, parenting style, death of a loved one, modeling, etc.
