Thank you for all the responses. I’ve been reluctant to take St John’s and still am as research goes both ways and I want to keep my baby safe. I’ll take a look for Motherwort though.

As Amy said, chamomile tea is the bomb for relaxing. You do want to get the pure chamomile and not a mixture like Sleepy time or some other stuff. Also, it should be the flowers only, not the whole plant chopped up. I get a good kind at GNC. Took me a while to find a good one and thiers is great. My mother, grandmother and Great aunt used to grow it and once they all passed away, I had to find a new source. Good luck with that and your baby.
