heart beating fast from sleeping and vomit feeling?

sometimes i fall sleep in a funny way (not in bed, in uncomfortable places like in my sofa o on my desk) and I wake up a few minutes later my heart beating very fast and scared and nervous and like tired (like I just run). Today I have been sick with a cold all day and I have been in bed, this afternoon I fall sleep listening to an audiobook and woke up a few minutes later my heart beating very fast and very hungry, so I ate a lot very fast and now I feel like vomiting, my heart not too fast but faster thank usual (maybe it is my Anxiety?) and very tired. Do you think is a heart problem or the way I slept?. I am very scared now. Thank you in advance!!
It does sound as though you need to discuss your symptoms with a medical doctor. It could be one of a dozen different things. The doctor will probably do a blood test as part of your check up. If he does, ask him to check your thyroid as the thyroid is one of the things that can cause the heart to beat fast and make you tired.
