Books or Audio cds that tells you how to cope with OCD/depression/social anxiety?

I have OCD, Social Anxiety, dsthymic depression. I was wondering if there are audio CDs or books where I can listen in on how to deal and fix my problems? I did find a couple of books on amazon that seemed pretty good but what else do you guys read or listen in to that really helps?
I do see a therapist and take 20mg of Paxil it seems to help a tiny bit more but I feel I need more help than that.

I would call a big book store like Barnes and Noble or even your public library and ask for the research department. Tell them that you are looking for books or audios on the subject.

Also try www.nami.org (National Alliance on Mental Illness ) they should also have some information on what you are looking for.
